How much is the shipping?

We provide free shipping on all orders no matter how much or how little you spend!

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Because we ship directly from our partners in other countries, your item may take 12-20 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way 🙂 

Within the US the average shipping time is between 12-20 days after completing the order, however this can sometimes take up to 30 days. For other countries shipping can vary between 20-50 days. If your order has not arrived or you have any questions regarding shipping please contact us and we will be happy to help!

We know this can sometimes be a long time to wait, but we are sure you will love the products just as much as we do when they get to you!

Can I have a tracking number?

Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are having a problem with your order, just contact us with your issue!

I ordered 2 items but just one arrived, where is the other one?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

Why have I not received an order confirmation email?

Our system automatically sends out order confirmation emails. If you have not received the email it could be that there was a mistake in the email provided, if this happens please contact us and we can correct this.

What is your refund policy?

Customer satisfaction is our No.1 priority. We offer a money back guarantee up to 90 days after the order date, if there is an issue with your order please contact us and if possible provide a photo of the issue so we can deal with it appropriately as your feedback is key!

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after 50 days we can refund or re ship the order for you, however refunds or returns won’t be processed after 90 days.
